Service Order Fulfillment Specialist
Description

We are seeking a Service Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team.

The Service Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for gathering, crating, and shipping service orders. The Specialist also manages inventory levels, maintains accuracy during order processing, and assists with outside services.

Jahabow is a leading designer and fabricator of commercial-grade retail display cases and millwork/décor. Associates work directly with leading retailers like Sam's Club, Academy, Kohl's, and Walmart to create shopping experiences seen every day. Responsibilities

Processing Orders

  • Receives paperwork and processes customer orders
  • Obtains order details from ERP System
  • Tracks progress of parts needed
  • Ensures timely fulfillment
  • Obtains details regarding order on various documents:
    • Spec sheet
    • Customer order
    • Bill of Materials in ERP System

Inventory Management

  • Coordinates with inventory management
  • Ensures product availability including crate parts for items
  • Monitors stock levels, reorders when necessary, & prevents stockouts

Shipping Coordination

  • Liaises with shipping department or  carriers to arrange deliveries
  • Resolves any issues or delays during the fulfillment process
  • Ensures smooth transportation

Accuracy Audits

  • Regularly audits transaction details
  • Ensures order processing accuracy
  • Maintains required quality standards

System Utilization

  • Utilizes order tracking and ERP system or Carrier system to:
    • Process orders
    • Maintain customer information
    • Generate reports on order status and execution

Problem Resolution

  • Responds to requests from internal customers
  • Expedites orders to service items in the field
Education
  • High School education or equivalent
Qualifications
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to use a packaging stapler
  • Must be able to use hand and power tools
Skills
  • Ability to walk and stand for majority of the day 
  • Ability to pass tape measure test 
  • Ability to lift over 40 pounds 
  • Ability to follow instructions from supervisor
